Substitute for Chemo: The Graviola Fruit

Tired for painful effects of chemo? Check this out.

Honestly before I’m not aware of the benefits this fruit have. Until one day I received an e-mail from a friend telling the miraculous benefits of the graviola fruit which they commonly call guyabano or soupsop fruit. The research studies said that this fruit has a strong anti cancer effects. They said that aside from being cancer remedy it has a broad spectrum antimicrobial agent for bacterial and fungal infections. It can lower high blood pressure and is used for stress and depression. This source of information is great. According to my friend’s e-mail it comes from one of largest drug manufacturer, and the test was conducted since 1970’s.

Research studies said that the fruit effectively target and kill malignant cell in twelve type of cancer, including colon, lung, prostate, breast and pancreatic cancer. Unlike chemo the graviola fruits does not harm healthy cell. It was just sad that the test was conducted long ago yet the result was never been published early. Well they said that the spine chilling answer to this is that how easily our health, our very lives are controlled by money and power. Anyway even late, still it is very useful so why not try eating this fruits or make it a drink. Somehow the taste of the fruit is not that bad, for me its just fine. Try also to plant it, why not the tree is not that hard to rise and less cost compare of buying medicines or having chemo.

The Beauty of Baguio

Fall in love in this wonderful place.

Baguio is the summer capital of the Philippines. This is the favorite vacation place of most filipinos. Like any other filipinos I always love the place. Even many times I’ve been there, everytime I come back the feelings is always like the same. Fascinated with its beauty. Aside from being one of the best tourist attraction in Philippines , the famous “Rice Terraces of Baguio” is one of the seven wonders of the world, cool is in it.
Aside from it theres really lot of beautiful attraction there, just to name some. The Burnham Park which is in the heart of Baguio, there is a man made lake were you can enjoy boating.

The Baguio Cathedral , a grandiose church located on the top of hill in the heart of the city. The Botanical Garden, which they usually call the village of Igorot  which is the native filipinos. In this place you will see different houses of different tribes of Cordillera , one of the places in Baguio. There is also this popular place in Baguio which they call Mines View, here you you can view the Cordillera mountains, and the impressive view of Benguet gold and copper mine. But most of all what I, like in Baguio is the flower festival or what they call the “Panagbenga Festival”  you will see lots of floral floats, native dance and the fragrance smell of flowers that surround the Baguio so good. How I wish I could live there.

The Coral View Beach Resort

Looking for beach with fine white sand? This is it.

I never forget the last summer outing we have in Coralview Beach Resort which is located in the heart of Morong Bataan Philippines. Hoping that this coming summer is something like the one we have, something like these. A place we’re you can enjoy and have fun while relaxing. The resort provides services with full comfort such as rooms are fully air conditioned with private bathrooms. They have restaurant and bar, swimming pool for adults and child, cottages and cabanas good for many people. But aside from this what I really miss is the activity we have like boating and setting bonfire while my colleagues sing and dance.

Take a look the picture below, see how we enjoy every moment as we play tag of war in the white sand. Then take photos while swimming. So many possibilbe activities you could have, cool is in it.

Now I’m really hoping for another beautiful place this comming summer probably some places in South of Luzon, Philippines.
